You may notice that gmail has broken up the inbox into different "tabs". Primary, Promotions & Social. If you are missing some or all of the emails that we have been sending you, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the "Promotions" tab, if you see one of Dana's emails, drag it to the "Primary" tab.
2. A yellow box will appear up top asking you to do this for all future messages, please click "yes"
3. The same step can be followed for all emails in the "Social" tab
If you still can't find Dana's emails:
- go to your Junk/Spam folder
- if you see them there, click the box to the left of the most recont one
- click the "not spam" button
